Volleyball Camps

Volleyball Camps by Coach Rosario Lopez

Volleyball camps are a great way to get that extra training for club and school ball. Our year-round camps provide the best physical and fundamental skills training. These camps feature a strength and conditioning program with all skills development drills and game-like components.

Make sure to check each camp for exact locations, dates, and times. Our camps cater to beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

Spring Camps, March – May: These camps are open to the public and provide a great opportunity to get that extra training even if you are already playing in a club or you have decided that club is not for you.

Summer Camps, June – August: These camps are open to the public and provide a great opportunity to get that extra training to prepare for school and club ball, or to stay in player shape throughout the summer.

Fall Camps, September – November: We utilize these Fall camps as pre-club evaluations for prospective members. This allows our staff to give parents and athletes honest evaluations about team offers and positions within the club.

Phenom Camps: These camps are bootcamp-style and designed to get your athlete in shape. Camps will begin in October and will concentrate on developing healthy training habits with incorporated high-level systems that produce better athletic performance.

Position Camps: These camps are position-specific: setting, hitting, serving, passing, setting. Position camps are smaller group programs that help athletes concentrate on specific skills.
