- Open tryouts; no pre-selected teams.

- Dedicated travel coordinators will provide parents with all travel logistics, which include communications and schedules, and will ensure that each team is in travel compliance with all stay-to-play requirements.
- Dedicated Travel Managers will act as the point of contact for coaches, team managers, parents, and players during travel events.

- Dedicated club accountant and financial strategist.
- Dedicated fundraising coordinators will provide parents with comprehensive fundraising opportunities throughout the season.
- Annual coaches’ meetings include advanced training modules.
- Dedicated paid coaches, trained in the club philosophy, ensure cohesive quality training across all teams.
- Club Directors of coaching for all levels at all practices ensure quality control.
- Coaches’ pier support system.
- Dedicated practice plans to promote the club’s pipeline of development.
- Coaches’ monthly salary, coaches’ daily tournament stipend, food, hotels, and travel expenses.
- Dedicated training program, providing speed, strength, and agility workouts throughout the season.
- Professional training equipment owned by the club.
- Two planned 1.5 or 2-hour practice sessions per week, with additional practices provided when gym space is available.
- Dedicated full-time College Recruiter Specialist to help families manage the complexities of college recruiting.
- Saguaros Pipeline Recruiter profile on club website to promote club players.
- Dedicated full-time social media specialist, who will work with each team manager to promote each team and player.
- Dedicated Club Media Day for individual and team photos.
- Club Yearbook for each player.
- Dedicated full-time front desk at every practice.

- Kickoff Club season Picnic.
- Awards banquet, individual awards, food, music, and venue; event paid for by the club, held in June.
